An eye-opening Article. Swachh Bharat is not only about building toilets, sweeping the streets (mostly for photographs) but to take a holistic view of the generation, management and disposal of waste. Ideal of Swachh Bharat and clean Ganga will remain a pipe dream unless governments act urgently with a strong determination.
